Terms & Conditions.

All consulting sessions under ISH & CO are final & are non-refundable. These sessions are outlined as strategic sessions mixed with some executional work to get your business pointed in the right direction. We are not responsible for executing these strategies for you but you may hire us to do so for additional cost at any time.

Executional work by ISH & CO can be cancelled at any time within a two weeks notice prior to the next billing cycle. For example, if you sign up with us on August 1st you must let us know you would not like to continue 2 weeks prior to September 1st. ISH & CO spends resources to plan ahead for you & this protects us from early cancellations once future preparations have already been put in place.

One time design or development services are refundable if we are unable to execute what was decided upon in the first consultation outside of fees paid up to the work done at that point or project deposit fees. However, we are always able to continue refining such projects until they meet that requirement.
