The founder of the company, Ish, was a former medical student turned entrepreneur. As a novice business person he quickly realized that the art of digital communication was critical especially as commerce turned more digital.

Following his departure from medical school, he cofounded and bootstrapped a fashion brand called Rastah which works with disenfranchised artisans in South Asia. Since the brands inception in 2018, it has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Vogue, BBC News, HYPEBEAST, as well as seen worn by celebrities such as French Montana, Justin Beiber, Timothée Chalamet, amongst many others. To this day, the brand is run by the founding team without raising any external capital.

Combined with his personal start up experiences, Ismail began consulting other small businesses working under high pressure environments with frankly minimal to no marketing budgets. Knowing the struggles of other small business owners, he developed a social management software coupled with a monthly consulting service which allowed small businesses to manage & execute consistently with data driven recommendations starting at $300/Month. The software currently has over 2,000 active users. Since then, Ismail created Clouter, which is a talent management & influencer marketing platform that has generated an approximate three million dollars for businesses as well as over a combined 200 million impressions.

ISH & CO now runs as a twenty-four person team & turns consistent & effective media coupled with intelligent advertising into scalable long term branding. The agency is split amongst three teams to accommodate clients of all sizes from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
